One of the world’s most popular boy bands, Westlife will hold an exclusive show in the Middle East on September 29th at the Etihad Arena on Yas Island – Abu Dhabi.
Best known for ’90s tunes like ‘You Raise Me Up’, ‘Swear It Again’ and ‘Uptown Girl’, the Irish pop sensations have sold more than 55 million records worldwide.
Guests will be “Flying Without Wings” as the amazing Westlife will return to the UAE for the first time since 2019 to perform some of their exceptional catalogs of chart-topping artists. The concert will light up the iconic Etihad Arena, located in the scenic Yas Bay waterfront district of Yas Island, and it’s sure to be an unparalleled spectacle of stunning, flawless vocals, as one of the world’s best-selling boy bands takes to the stage.
The group will present their amazing 18th studio album Wild Dreams, released in 2021, along with a host of well-known classics. Recorded over a period of 18 months, the latest album is inspired by the challenges of the times and is a statement that captures the mood of the moment. It has moments of reflection and is about new beginnings, hope and looking to the future.
To make the experience in Dubai more enjoyable for Westlife fans, Live Nation will be offering a shuttle bus service from Dubai to Abu Dhabi and back on the day of the show, an add-on that can be selected when purchasing tickets. This is Live Nation’s attempt to promote sustainability, as they hope it will encourage guests to leave their cars at home, thereby reducing their impact on the environment.
