Sam Hunt, Macklemore and Kygo will hit the headlines for Birds Nest in 2022

The line-up for Coors Light Birds Nest 2022 is taking shape as three big music stars – Sam Hunt, Macklemore and KYGO – signed up to perform in the popular series of concerts, which will take place February 9-12 during Waste Management Phoenix Open Week will take place. The show will be headlined on Thursday, February 10th, by American country star Sam Hunt with special guest and multi-platinum artist Russell Dickerson. Hunt is known for incorporating hip hop phrases and modern R&B rhythms into country pop songs, marking a significant generation change in country music. Since the beginning of his career, Hunt has quickly earned recognition in and outside the country music community and has received numerous accolades including an American Music Award and a CMT Music Award, as well as nominations for Billboard Music Awards and GRAMMY Awards.

Macklemore, a four-time GRAMMY-winning rapper and songwriter from Seattle, Washington, will headline the third night of the Coors Light Birds Nest on Friday, February 11th, Best Rap Album (Theft) and Best Rap Performance and Best Rap Song for his hit single “Thrift Shop”, one of his two No. 1 singles this year. In 2013 he also received two American Music Awards for Most Popular Rap / Hip-Hop Artist and Most Popular Rap / Hip-Hop Album (Theft), as well as the Billboard Music Awards 2013 and 2014 for the rap song of the year (“Thrift Shop”) and the top rap song (“Can’t Hold Us”).

Rounding out the Coors Light Birds Nest line-up is Norwegian record producer / DJ Kygo and special guests Sam Feldt and Forester, who will be performing on stage on Saturday February 12 for his widespread remixes, sold-out shows in North America and Europe as well as headline appearances at Coachella and Ultra Music Festival. The Coors Light Birds Nest will see some changes to the outdoor deck this year. The 48,000 square meter tent will continue to host the live performances, but outside of the tent an enhanced fan experience with a more music festival atmosphere will be offered.

“The Coors Light Birds Nest is known for hosting some of the biggest stars in the world, but this year we wanted to take a look at how we can improve the overall fan experience, especially before the headliners take the stage,” said 2022 Coors Eric Brandt, chairman of Light Birds Nest. “Coors Light Birds Nest ticket holders can expect a much more fan-friendly atmosphere, where they can meet up with friends for a drink after golf, come early to eat at the food trucks, play outdoor party games and the various bars and outdoor seating areas to enjoy. “

General admission tickets to the Coors Light Birds Nest start at $ 75, while VIP tickets start at $ 285 each and offer exclusive access to an expanded VIP area that provides guests with free food and drink and access to a premium viewing area for the shows.
