Rammstein will play Gilette Stadium for the first time on Friday, September 9th

FOXBOROUGH, Mass. – The most extreme pyrotheatrical extravaganza in live music takes place at Gillette Stadium Rammstein make their debut at the home of the New England Patriots and Revolution this Friday, September 9th. Rammstein will debut in the Boston market as part of the group’s first stadium tour in North America, showcasing Rammstein’s legendary full-size stadium production for the first time on the continent. The show starts at 19.00with car parks planned to be opened 3:00 p.m and gates open at 5.00 Tickets for this unique performance are available at ticketmaster.com.

As the venue prepares for Rammstein, Gillette Stadium officials would like to remind fans attending the show of important ticketing information and policies in place at the stadium.

Those responsible for the stadium urge fans to allow enough time to travel close to the stadium on the day of the event. NOTE: The concert coincides with Friday commuter traffic so please plan accordingly. Traffic restrictions will apply on local roads before and after the show. Fans must use I-95, I-495 or Route 140 to get to Route 1 and Gillette Stadium.

Stadium car parks will open at 3pm for parking. Parking is $50 for cars and motorcycles and $150 for buses, RVs, and sedans. Oversized vehicle parking is located on Lot 52, accessible from P10 North and P10 South from the north and south respectively. ADA parking is accessible from P1 if arriving from the north and P7 if arriving from the south. Prepaid parking is available here for this event for $50 and is the only option to park on the stadium side of Route 1. Please note that prepaid parking permits are limited and may sell out. General parking is located on the opposite side of Route 1 from the stadium and cash and major credit cards (Visa preferred) are accepted. (Note: Discover cards are no longer accepted.) Don’t want to go to the Rammstein concert on September 9th? MBTA Commuter Rail is offering special event train service from Providence and South Station in Boston to Gillette Stadium for Friday’s show. The round-trip fare is $20 and tickets can be purchased through the mTicket app or in person at Back Bay Station, North Station, or South Station. Tickets for the Providence and Boston event trains are sold separately and must be purchased for the correct corresponding train. This is a special train and ticket sales will stop once the maximum capacity is reached. Regular commuter train tickets and passes are available Not valid for this special train. All prohibited items at Gillette Stadium, including bags that do not meet the stadium’s clear bag policy, are not permitted on trains. Tickets purchased for the previously rescheduled 2020 and 2021 Rammstein concert at Gillette Stadium are valid for the rescheduled 2022 show. Guests with mobile tickets can access and manage their tickets on their mobile device through the Gillette Stadium App, available on the App Store (for iPhone users) and Google Play Store (for Android users). Gillette Stadium officials strongly encourage guests to download their mobile tickets to their smartphones before arriving at the stadium gates for easier entry into the venue. Fans attending the concerts are reminded that bags larger than a small bracelet or purse are not permitted at Gillette Stadium in accordance with the venue’s clear bag policy, which applies to all ticketed events. If it is necessary to carry a bag into the stadium, there are three options: a clear plastic bag the size of a 1-gallon ziplock bag, a clear vinyl or PVC plastic bag not exceeding 12 x 12 x 6 inches, or a small bracelet or purse no larger than 6.5″ x 4.5″.

Please note that bags larger than the permitted size, including purses, shoulder bags and backpacks, are not permitted at Gillette Stadium and will not be held or held by the venue. The gates will open at 5:00 p.m. Fans may enter through the Bank of America and Ticketmaster gates for this event, and fans with field seats should enter through the Ticketmaster gate only. ADA access is available through Entrance E2 on the east and Entrance W2 on the west. Club and suite ticket holders should enter via entrances E1, E2, W1 or W2. Gillette Stadium has a designated ride-sharing drop-off and pick-up location on Lot 15 adjacent to the Bass Pro Shops. Concert-goers can use the ride-sharing service’s mobile app to book an Uber or Lyft ride to and from the venue.

Gillette Stadium has a designated taxi rank at Lot 6A on the east side of the stadium. Taxis will be available at this point after the end of the concert.


Gillette Stadium is completely cashless. All fan outlets now only accept electronic payments including debit and credit cards, wallet or watch. The venue has placed cash-to-card machines throughout the stadium for guests who bring cash that will be converted into a VISA card for use at any point of sale in the stadium and anywhere that accepts VISA.


At the north end of the stadium, construction began this year on Gillette Stadium’s most dramatic upgrade since it opened in 2002. As part of these renovations, the main ticket office is closed and the locations of the satellite ticket offices are in a dedicated trailer at Lot 4A directly across from the Ticketmaster Gate and the Patriots ProShop entrance on the east side, and in a dedicated trailer between the W2 and W3 entrances in the West.


Per stadium and artist management, prohibited items at Gillette Stadium include: GoPro/video cameras, tripods/monopods, professional and detachable lens cameras, selfie sticks, strollers, backpacks, lasers, umbrellas, outside food and beverages, balloons, Beach balls, noisemakers and any item deemed dangerous and/or inappropriate by stadium management. Gillette Stadium has guest service booths located on the 100-story concourse at sections 109 and 131 for all stadium events.

Although negative tests and vaccinations are not required for stadium entry, all ticket holders must agree that neither they nor their guests will attend an event if they have tested positive for COVID-19 within the last 10 days or have symptoms of COVID within 48 years -19 had hours before the event. Per CDC and Massachusetts State guidance, face coverings are NOT mandatory for guests at Gillette Stadium. However, it is recommended that you wear a face covering if you are not fully vaccinated.


Gillette Stadium is an open-air venue; therefore all concerts are rain or shine events. Stadium management always works closely with the artist, tour and local public safety officials to ensure the safety of all guests. If public safety officials determine that storms in the immediate area pose a safety risk, guests will be given instructions on how to protect themselves until the concert can resume.


Rammstein is bringing its legendary full-size stadium production to North America for the first time, making a total of 12 stops across the continent, including a September 9 appointment at Gillette Stadium. The tour kicked off August 21 at Montreal’s Parc Jean-Drapeau and will conclude in October with three shows at Mexico City’s Foro Sol.
