I’ve always emphasized the importance of getting outside and being in nature, but it really became a real necessity when everyone was tied to their computers, zoom work, and all of those things. We really had to make an effort to get outside and be in nature and connect with the earth. I think this is something we need to prioritize in our lives, ”she said, adding that she was“ proud ”of her children who have adapted to school and life during the pandemic.
