More companies added to “Buy It in Butte” | Local

PUBLISHER’S NOTE: The “Buy It in Butte” initiative is a team effort from Butte-Medien, including The Montana Standard, ABC FOX Montana, Cherry Creek Media, KBOW / KOPR, KXLF and NBC Montana. The Butte-Silver Bow Chamber of Commerce and Butte Local Development Corp are also promoting the 2021 Christmas season.

As part of this seasonal program, The Montana Standard will feature some of the participating companies each week in December.

This week’s businesses include the Mother Lode Theater, Butte Floral, Beautiful Things on Broadway, and Cub Power. Everyone has some unique gifts to share.

Christmas is coming up, but there are still a few weeks left to find those special gifts for family and friends.

Local shopping is also a gift. Not only do they put a smile on the face of the recipient, but they also give a smile to a local business owner who depends on your business.

Mother Lode Theater, 316 W. Park St.

“Purchasing it on location is the only way for the Mother Lode Theater to bring live music, dance and drama to the public. Without community support to attend live events, the theater might not open its doors, and organizations that rely on a venue like the Mother Lode Theater may not be able to attract artists and programs to Butte. Our program helps other businesses such as shops, hotels and restaurants with additional income from customers attending events. “Robin Busch, managing director

Honestly, I sell online because of the quality and types of products that are purchased from not just Butte but all 50 states. What can you buy from my store that you can’t find anywhere in Butte? Beautiful barware, candles that don’t run over the tablecloth at dinner, frasier fir, framed art and my charm.

Well, I’m so damn old; The lucky fact that I made it to another Christmas is inspiring. Cherished Christmas ornaments and decorations coming out this time of year remind us of the glory of the holiday. For example, today I hung our stained glass window of the Holy Spirit.
